At PrimeMatter, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner. As we operate on a dropshipping model, shipping and delivery are managed through trusted third-party suppliers and logistics partners.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

  • Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and dispatch coordination

  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type, supplier location, and customer address.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and not guaranteed

In some cases, delivery may take longer due to factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly mentioned at checkout

  • Any additional charges such as COD fees are displayed before order confirmation

There are no hidden shipping costs.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS, where available

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become active


5. Delays & Exceptions

PrimeMatter is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions

  • Remote or high-risk delivery locations

Such delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund.


6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

PrimeMatter will not be liable for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses

  • Delays caused by address verification issues

Re-shipping in such cases may incur additional charges.


7. Partial Shipments

In some cases, products from the same order may be shipped separately due to supplier or logistics constraints. Customers will be informed accordingly.


8. Delivery Confirmation

Orders are considered delivered once confirmed by our logistics partner.

If the package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery status update.


9. International Shipping

Currently, PrimeMatter ships only within India.


10. Important Notice

PrimeMatter operates using a dropshipping fulfillment model. Delivery timelines, packaging, and courier services may vary depending on the supplier.
